Glendalough Trail Race in aid of Fighting Blindness
The race promises to be a fantastic run along a scenic route.

The Glendalough Trail Race

Date: Saturday, 5th November 2011.

Aim: The race aims to raise funds for Fighting Blindness.

Registration: Brockagh Centre, Laragh from 9.00-10.30am.

Start: OPW Visitor's Centre, Glendalough at 11.00am.

Course: The route is approximately 15km long over some superbly scenic forest trails in the Glendalough area. Only 500m of the race is on tarmac!

Fees: As part of your registration for the Glendalough Trail event you will need to raise a minimum of €50 for Fighting Blindness prior to the event. In addition to this the regular entry fee is €20.

Facilities: Toilets and a baggage area will be provided at the registration area plus hot drinks, biscuits, etc. Tea & coffee, sandwiches and fruit will also be provided at the end of the race.
