Bats are misunderstood creatures that often inspire fear or horror. In reality, they are fascinating, harmless, and really rather sweet. The attic of the Information Office is a maternity roost for a large colony of Pipistrelle bats, and we shall watch them emerge at dusk, before heading off on a stroll to see some other species. Our Bat Walks are always very popular, so this is the second of two walks that we shall be scheduling this season. All ages are welcome on this walk.
