Lugnaquillia View is a newly built guest house situated on a quiet and very scenic part of the Wicklow Way. Bed and breakfast or full-board accommodation is offered. Meals are home-prepared using local ingredients to create traditional Irish dishes such as Irish stew, bacon and cabbage, etc.
Guests can relax in the sitting room in front of an open fire and watch television or just enjoy a nice friendly chat with hosts Anne and Matt. The "local" the Dying Cow, is just a five minute stroll away, while the local villages Shillelagh and Tinahely, are about the same time by car. The larger towns of Gorey, Arklow, Tullow or Carlow are all no more than about thirty minutes drive away.
From 2010, Lugnaquillia View also allow hikers to pitch their tent on the grounds of the house - allowing lovely evening views across to Lugnaquillia. Campers are allowed access to use of the showers inside the house.
