Tudor Lodge is located beside the Avonmore River and about 1.2km from the Wicklow Way and the old monastic city of St. Kevin at Glendalough.
When finished walking for the day guests can relax in the garden to the sound of the Avonmore River and retreat to the privacy of their room to watch television while enjoying a relaxing cup of tea or coffee.
Wicklow Way walkers who spend an extra day at Tudor Lodge will be well rewarded by the magnificence of Glendalough with its nine sign-posted trails around the Wicklow National Park. Walking maps and much other interesting information about the area are available at the Glendalough Visitor Centre. Alternatively, why not take the weight off your feet and enjoy a real treat by letting us organise a ride in a Victorian horse-carriage up to Glendalough!
